It was first founded in 1890 as “Königliche Werkmeisterschule für Maschinenbauer“
(Royal Industrial Master School for Mechanical Engineering) and again founded in 1971 as Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
It is one of the ten largest universities of applied sciences in Germany and has established international partnerships worldwide. It focuses on research with strong third-party funding and numerous transfer projects, as well as sustainable impetus for the academic location and the region.
It consists of eight departments: Architecture, Design, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Social Studies, Business Studies and Information Technology.
It offers application-oriented education in over more than 80 degree programs (in full-time, part-time, co-operative work and dual study programs), full degree programs in bachelor and master, as well as cooperative post-graduate courses and overall four international study programs.

The history of Donghua University can be traced back to the textile and dyeing institute founded by industrialist Zhang Jian in 1912.
Founded in 1951, it was named East China Textile Institute. In 1960, it was designated as a national key university by the Ministry of education. In 1981, it became one of the first universities in China to confer doctorate, master’s degree and bachelor’s degree. In 1985, it was renamed China Textile University. In 1998, it entered the ranks of key universities under the national “211 Project”. In 1999, it was renamed Donghua University.
In 2017, it was selected as the national
“double first class” construction university.

Focusing on Engineering, Hubei University of Technology is a comprehensive university, covering eight disciplines including Engineering, Liberal Arts, Science, Arts, Economics, Management, Law, and Education. Hubei University of Technology was originally established in 1952.
In 1984, Hubei Institute of Light Industry merged with Hubei Academy of Agricultural Machinery to form Hubei Polytechnic University, and was renamed as Hubei University of Technology (HBUT) in 2004.
HBUT is a key development university of Hubei Province and has been assessed as “a high level, standard-setting, and backbone university of the province’s higher education system” by the Party Committee and the Provincial Government of Hubei Province.
In 1986, HBUT earned the qualification to confer Master’s degrees and recommend outstanding undergraduates to be exempt from the postgraduate entrance exam. It won the title “the university with an excellent graduate employment rate” in 2010.
In 2014, it attained Tier 1 university status. In 2012 and 2016, it successively entered membership of the National Basic Ability Construction Project of Western and Central China Higher Educational Institutions. HBUT won the title “Higher Educational Institution of Reform on Deepening Innovation and Entrepreneurship” as the first group of universities national wide in 2016. It has been a doctoral degree conferring university since 2017.
In 2017, HBUT became the first provincial university in Hubei Province to build a 111 Center for discipline innovation and talent introduction, approved by State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs. In 2018, School of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Environment was awarded as the first provincial International Development Demonstration School in Hubei province. In 2019, the Ministry of Education approved the establishment of the “HBUT Detroit Green Technology Institute”, which is a Sino-US joint engineering institute with non-independent legal entities run by our university and the University of Detroit Mercy in a “4 + 0″dual degree
model.
HBUT has established 17 schools, Hubei Provincial Mechanical and Electrical Research and Design Institute
Co., Ltd., Hubei Agricultural Machinery Engineering Research and Design Institute, and Hubei Agricultural Machinery Appraisal
Station, all of which are provincial scientific research institutes, and 1 affiliated college. HBUT enrolls students from a total number of 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities throughout China, and has an enrollment of more than 20,000 full-time students of all types, including over 6,300 postgraduates.

ZZULI is a provincial University with distinctive characteristics of Light Industry and outstanding advantages of disciplines. Founded in 1977, ZZULI is located in Zhengzhou, the capital city of Henan Province in the middle of China along the Yellow River.
In 2020, it was approved as one of the top ten key universities with distinction in Henan Province, and is aiming at awarding doctoral degrees overseen by the provincial government in the near future.
The university covers an area of more than 2,200 mu, with more than 23,000 full-time students and 2,200 faculty members.

The Technological University of Tecámac (UTTEC) was created within the framework of the Program for the Development of Intermediate and Higher Education in the State of Mexico 1996-2006. Among its main objectives, it is worth highlighting the expansion of educational opportunities of a technological nature in geographical locations of the State of Mexico, identified as strategic.
The Technological University of Tecámac began operations in September 1996. It is a high-quality and avant-garde institution, which offers professional training, whose distinctive feature is the close relationship with the productive sector and educational innovation, based on an educational model which is focused on learning, constant updating and curricular flexibility.
Nowadays, the university offers 15 courses of Higher University Technician at 5B level and nine at bachelor level, all endorsed by the professional and curricular preparation of the teaching body, mostly with postgraduate studies in areas related to the subjects they teach and with experience in the attributes of the educational model of technological universities. The University of Valparaíso was founded in 1981 after having been part of the University of Chile, Valparaíso headquarters for 70 years. It is a state, autonomous and accredited institution of higher education. Its contribution to the academia dates back to 1911, when the Valparaíso Law Fiscal Course was created, the origin of its current Law School, reaching throughout its history its composition and structure today.

The University of Medellín was founded on February 1st, 1950, when a group of prominent young intellectuals from the City of Medellín became spokespersons for important sectors of the Antioquia community, and spoke of the need to build a center for higher studies where teaching could be given freely and learning could be assumed in the same way.
